Women's Leadership Program 2026

Thanks to the generosity of JoAnna Moore, the first $1,000 in donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar! 

Join forces with the CSUF Emeriti Group to create a scholarship fund in honor of Dr. Dorothy Heide, founder of the CSUF Women’s Leadership Program (WLP). Dr. Heide recently passed away. Up until just a couple weeks before she passed, Dorothy continued making suggestions to strengthen and grow the program and connect us with others who might want to engage with the WLP. 

The day Dorothy passed, I visited with her, making her a promise that I would fight vigilantly to continue to grow and strengthen the vision she had for the WLP. As part of that promise, I am asking you to consider donating, along with the CSUF Emeriti Group, to create the Dorothy Heide Women’s Leadership Scholarship Fund. No donation is too small. Give what you are moved and can afford to donate. If your employer matches donations, you can double your contribution by directing them to this giving link. Together, we can impact deserving students with this scholarship, allowing Dorothy’s vision and legacy to live on.
