Description
P2A (Pathway to Ascend) helps students transform ambition into opportunity through one-on-one mentorship with industry professionals across a wide range of business careers. Alongside our mentorship program, the Fall Connect Conference gives students the chance to explore career paths, develop professional skills, and expand their networks. From preparing mentees to communicate confidently and set meaningful goals to creating opportunities for mentors and mentees to reflect and celebrate their growth, P2A builds the relationships and experiences that can shape a student’s future.
Your support can help make these career-changing connections possible. Donations will help fund coffee chats, meals, conference expenses, program materials, social events, and merchandise that bring students and professionals together. With your generosity, students can focus on exploring careers, preparing for recruitment, developing professionally, and building a strong community within Ascend. Give today and help connect students with mentors, opportunities, and the confidence to take their next step toward a successful career.
