Every Titan has the potential to lead, and your support can help turn that potential into impact. Through our core values of connect, develop, and serve, our program provides free leadership education to all CSUF students. Students connect with business leaders throughout the community, develop their leadership skills through networking, mentorship, and training, and serve others through meaningful community service projects. Your gift helps ensure that every student has access to these transformative experiences—regardless of their ability to pay.

Your investment will strengthen programs such as the Emerging Titans Buddy Program (ETBP), which connects students through peer mentorship and leadership experiences, and the Leadership Scholars initiative, which brings executives from the business community to campus to engage directly with students at no cost to them. Additional funding will expand our marketing efforts and help provide catering for our popular Lunch & Learn events, allowing students to learn and build relationships with business leaders without relying solely on Board Member sponsorships. Give today and help prepare the next generation of Titans to connect, lead, and serve their communities.
