Center for Healthy Neighborhoods
FUEL LEARNING NOW, BUILD FUTURES NEXT!
We’re honored to launch this campaign with a $2,500 leadership gift from Drs. Jessie C. Jones and Laurie Roades, whose generosity continues to inspire us all. Thank you for fueling learning now and building futures next!
The Center for Healthy Neighborhoods’ Academic Success Program (ASP) is powered by a unique partnership: Cal State Fullerton student interns mentoring local youth. Each year, dozens of CSUF interns gain hands-on teaching and leadership experience while helping under-resourced students in Fullerton build confidence, academic skills, and future goals.
Last year donors helped ASP expand from reading & literacy assistance to one-on-one math tutoring for grades 6th-12th. Now we need your help to take the next step for more STEAM enrichment (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math).
How Your Donation Helps
- $25–$100 → STEAM kits, art supplies, robotics & science activities
- $250–$500 → Family STEAM Days where students and parents learn together
- $1,000+ → Major support to strengthen year-round STEAM programming
When you give, you support two generations of learners:
- Youth gain hands-on learning and exposure to STEAM careers.
- CSUF interns gain professional experience that prepares them for the bilingual, bicultural workforce of the future.
Join us in shaping success—today and for the future.
