Black CommUnity is dedicated to supporting the success, retention, and graduation of Black students in the field of Communications at CSUF. One critical requirement for Communications majors is the completion of an academic internship, yet many of these opportunities are unpaid, placing an additional financial strain on students who are already juggling work and school. We are raising funds to provide internship support for undergraduate students, helping them meet this crucial graduation requirement without sacrificing their financial stability.
Your donation will directly support students by offsetting the costs of unpaid internships, allowing them to gain the experience and professional connections needed for a successful career in communications. By contributing, you are empowering Black students to focus on their education and future, ensuring that financial barriers do not hold them back from achieving their goals.
