At CSUF, our Music Education program is dedicated to preparing passionate and talented students to become full-time music educators in K-12 schools across the nation. As they progress through their "Credential Year," our students dedicate themselves entirely to student teaching, working full-time in two local school sites to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the classroom. This is the most crucial year of their journey, where they apply their skills and knowledge to inspire the next generation of young musicians.
However, during this intensive year, our students often face financial challenges as they are unable to work full-time jobs while completing their teaching requirements. Your donation will directly support these aspiring educators by covering essential expenses, enabling them to fully immerse themselves in their teaching experience without financial strain.
