Students in the Psychology Department are doing groundbreaking research on critical topics ranging from causes of autism to political activism. Many of our students are invited to attend conferences to present their work but are unable to afford it. Attending such conferences is essential because it exposes students to the newest research in the field and gives them the ability to present their work in a professional setting. Moreover, it enables them to meet with potential Ph.D. mentors.
However, the cost of these conferences is more than many of our Titans, primarily first-generation students, can afford. Your gift will help cover some of the funding needed, including:
