Moot Court is a high-impact practice that prepares Cal State Fullerton students to compete in regional and national tournaments in legal appellate argumentation also known as Mock Supreme Court. Students review federal and state court cases and statutory law to prepare arguments on behalf of both a private client and the government. Typically, competitions are held across the United States and students must travel to compete. Although travel has been sidelined for the current academic year, the Titan team will participate in virtual competitions. Additionally, the team needs seed money to be prepared for in-person competitions when it is safe again.

A contribution to Moot Court will help propel our nationally ranked team - currently ranked 2nd in the nation after the 2020 national tournament - to further success. Your financial support will help students to focus on tournament preparation rather than participation costs.
