University Archives and Special Collections - Ensuring access through digitization

University Archives and Special Collections, housed in the Pollak Library, is home to Cal State Fullerton's rare books, antiquarian maps, and periodical collections, as well as its archival and manuscript collections.

We ask for your support to enhance access through digitization and an improved online presence. The accessibility to all materials and expertise will be improved, expanding access to users from the campus and the wider community to this unique resource.

With additional funding, we will be able to obtain:

• State-of-the-art equipment for digitization and on-line access of materials and programs
• Software upgrades as needed to maintain relevance to current technology use. 
• Professional consultation and expertise

The University Archives and Special Collections' expanded promotion of materials and programs will benefit those who are unable to physically access the campus and will extend the longevity of the collection with less degradation due to physical handling.
